Little Lens Club is growing, and we’re looking for brilliant people to grow with us.

With more schools registering interest and demand for workshops on the rise, we’re building a team of creative, enthusiastic individuals who want to inspire the next generation.

You don’t need to be a professional photographer, just reliable, enthusiastic, and open to learning.

“Growing up, I was always a creative kid. I threw myself into theatre and dance because those were the clubs that were available to someone like me. Performing was where all that energy had somewhere to go.
But the reality is, not many people go on to build careers in the performing arts, and yet, outside of sport, those are often the only creative paths we’re shown.
I didn’t even own a camera until I was in my thirties. And I often think, what if I’d been given the chance to explore photography earlier? What if I’d seen it not just as something artistic, but as a real, accessible skill I could grow into?
Photography has given me a way to express myself, but it’s also given me something practical, something transferable, something that can become a career.
I’m not the most traditionally trained photographer. But I am the original Little Lens Club student. I’m proof that this way of learning works, and that someone like me can discover a passion later in life and go on to share it with others.”

When you join Little Lens Club, you’re not starting from scratch. Everything has been carefully built, tested, and refined, so you can focus on delivering great sessions and building something of your own.

You’ll be supported with:

Ready-to-use lesson plans
Structured, engaging sessions across Little Lens Club, Shutter Squad, and Focus Collective, designed to build skills and confidence week by week.
Training & guidance
You don’t need to be a professional photographer. We’ll guide you through how sessions run, how to use the equipment, and how to support children in a way that feels natural and fun.
Ongoing support
You’ll have direct access for questions, ideas, and support as you grow, whether you’re running your first session or expanding into multiple schools.
Strong, recognisable branding
From the tone of voice to the visuals, everything is designed to feel cohesive, thoughtful, and instantly recognisable.
Resources & materials
Worksheets, activity ideas, and session structures that keep children engaged while making your role easier.
