Get up close and personal with some creepy crawlies this summer as we head out on a Mini Beast Mission at Potteric Carr. We’ll practice focusing on the smallest of creatures, craft our own frames, explore and photograph the landscape and go pond dipping!

Little Lens Club: First Clicks @ Just Good Friends Garden

This special 1½ hour session has been designed as a gentle, welcoming introduction to photography for children who would love to give it a try for the very first time. The garden is a fully accessible space, with accessible paths and adapted picnic tables, making it a place where every child can feel welcome and included.

Natures Blue Prints Workshop
Where: Flourish @ Woodfield Park

Discover one of the earliest forms of photography and create beautiful botanical artwork using nothing but sunlight, water and treasures collected from the woodlands. Children will forage for leaves, flowers and interesting natural materials before creating their own stunning cyanotype prints in deep Prussian blue. Along the way we'll explore the woods and gardens with our cameras, learn about the importance of light in photography and create keepsakes to take home.

Adventure to Annabel’s

Join Little Lens Club this May Half Term for a nature-inspired photography adventure at our brand new location, Annabel’s Cafe. Children aged 4–8 will explore countryside on a scenic photography walk, take part in creative activities and enjoy hands-on use of real cameras, all within a relaxed and supportive environment designed to encourage creativity, confidence and curiosity.

Lunch includes: sandwich, chocolate brownie, fruit shoot + fruit. Please note this workshop includes a 1 mile walk. Please ensure your child is comfortable walking unaided for 30 minutes before booking this session.
